FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How much does MenuToPay cost?
A flat ₹33,000 per year for the whole restaurant, including every branch. No per-order commission, no per-cover fee, no setup charge.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. Diners pay your UPI ID directly, so the money reaches your bank account with no intermediary. MenuToPay only charges the annual subscription.
What do customers need to install?
Nothing. They scan the table QR with their phone camera and the menu opens in the browser. Any UPI app they already have handles payment.
How do I get started?
Send a request from the signup page. We set up your restaurant, send you a login, and you build your menu, tables and branding in the console. Ordering switches on once your annual payment is recorded.
How do I pay the subscription?
By bank transfer, UPI or cheque to MenuToPay. Once we record your payment your account is active for a year; renewals extend from your current expiry.
Can I run more than one outlet?
Yes. Add branches under one account — each gets its own QR links, menu, stock and GST invoice series, and you get combined head-office analytics. One subscription covers them all.
Is it built for Indian tax rules?
Yes. GST invoices use a financial-year numbering series, split CGST/SGST, carry HSN/SAC and your GSTIN/FSSAI, and keep tips out of the taxable amount.
What about my data?
Each restaurant’s data lives in its own isolated database. You can export orders and payments as CSV at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data under the DPDP Act.
